General Installation Instructions

Our wall panels are intended for interior decoration and must be installed according to the respective product information.

Installation is generally carried out at the customer's own risk.

Substrate & Preparation

Before installation, ensure that the substrate is:

  • clean

  • dry

  • dust-free

  • grease-free

  • load-bearing

is.

Unsuitable substrates can lead to poor adhesion or damage.

Wall Types & Liability

The suitability of the respective wall type (e.g., concrete, plaster, drywall, tiles, wood) is the customer's responsibility.

We accept no liability for damage caused by unsuitable wall surfaces or incorrect substrates.

Installation by Professionals

If in doubt, we strongly recommend having the installation carried out by qualified professionals.

Damage caused by improper self-installation is excluded from the warranty.

Use of Adhesives & Tools

Only adhesives and tools suitable for the respective wall type may be used.

The use of unsuitable or inferior materials can lead to liability issues or damage.

Cutting & Processing

Wall panels can be cut to size if necessary.

It is important to use suitable tools and to process the panels professionally.

We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect cutting or improper processing.

Safety Instructions

  • Panels must not be used as load-bearing structural elements

  • No installation in safety-relevant areas without professional consultation

  • Children should be kept away from the installation area
