3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros (€) including statutory VAT.

In addition to the prices shown, shipping costs may apply.
These are shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.

We accept no liability for damages caused by improper assembly, use, or processing, unless intent or gross negligence is present.

12. Applicable Law

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.

13. Place of Jurisdiction

If the customer is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the location of our company in Berlin.

14. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
