Installation & application
Can I install the wall panels myself?
Yes, installation is generally possible as a DIY project.
In case of uncertainty, we recommend installation by professional personnel to avoid damage.
On which surfaces can the panels be mounted?
Suitable surfaces include, among others:

The surface must be clean, dry, dust-free, and stable.
Do I need special tools or adhesive?
Only adhesives and tools suitable for the respective wall type should be used.

Yes, wall panels can be cut if needed.
Please use appropriate tools and note that improper cutting is excluded from the warranty.
Product features
Are the wall panels waterproof?
Many of our wall panels are water-repellent or moisture-resistant.
Please refer to the respective product description to determine if a product is suitable for wet areas.
Are the panels heat resistant?
Our wall panels are designed for normal indoor use.
Direct installation behind stove plates or other strong heat sources is not recommended unless explicitly stated.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Are there shipping costs?
Yes, shipping costs may apply depending on product size, weight, and delivery address.
These are displayed transparently during the ordering process.
Are partial deliveries possible?
Yes, in exceptional cases, partial deliveries can be made without additional costs.
Returns & Withdrawal
Can I return the goods?
Yes, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the products are custom-made or cut.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
The customer bears the immediate costs of return shipping.
Can I return custom-cut or installed panels?
No, custom-cut or already installed products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Warranty & Guarantee
How long is the warranty valid?
The statutory 24-month warranty applies according to German law.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, in addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a voluntary 12-month guarantee on selected products, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
What is excluded from warranty and guarantee?
Excluded are damages caused by:
