Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or post).

You can use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal reaches us.

For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For goods that cannot be returned by normal mail due to their nature, especially large-format wall panels or similarly bulky products, you also bear the direct costs of return shipping. These costs are estimated at a maximum of EUR [Betrag] per order.

Please contact us before returning goods so that we can organize the return, especially for bulky goods or those to be transported by freight, together with you. Exercising your right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

Loss in value

You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,

  • that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
  • that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies especially to individually cut, custom-made, or specially processed wall panels and other special custom products made to customer specifications.

Note on cutting and custom manufacturing

Please note that for products that are cut to size, individually customized, specially configured, or processed at the explicit request of the customer, there is no right of withdrawal. Returns or exchanges of such products are excluded unless there is a legal defect.

This especially applies to wall panels that have been cut, shortened, adjusted, or otherwise customized according to customer specifications.

Note on damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods

Your statutory warranty rights apply in case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods. In such cases, please contact us before returning the goods so that we can coordinate the further procedure and, if necessary, the return with you.
