Our goods are delivered exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times

The delivery time is usually 3–7 business days from receipt of payment, unless a different delivery time is specified on the respective product page.

In exceptional cases of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately by email.

Shipping costs

The applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process and depend on:

• Product size and weight

• Delivery address

There are no hidden costs.

Partial deliveries

If a partial delivery is necessary for logistical reasons, no additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please claim this immediately with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

Undeliverable shipments

Costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address are the responsibility of the customer.
