Warranty & Guarantee
Statutory warranty
For all goods purchased at WallPaneel.com, the statutory warranty rights according to German law apply.
The statutory warranty period is 24 months from receipt of the goods.
Scope of warranty
The warranty covers exclusively material and manufacturing defects that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods.
Exclusion of warranty
Warranty does not cover damages caused by:

improper or faulty installation

unsuitable substrates or wall surfaces

incorrect or improper use
-
mechanical damage
-
normal wear and tear
-
improper cutting or processing
Also excluded are damages caused by the use of unsuitable adhesives, tools, or aids.
Guarantee
If an additional guarantee exists for individual products, it will be explicitly stated in the respective product description.
A guarantee is a voluntary additional service and does not affect the statutory warranty rights.

We will review the case and get back to you promptly.
Rectification or replacement delivery
Within the scope of the statutory warranty, we reserve the right to first carry out a rectification or replacement delivery.
Withdrawal from the contract or a price reduction is only possible after unsuccessful rectification.
Limitation of liability
Further claims for damages are excluded as far as legally permissible.
This does not include damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence.
